i. Imparting training to the farmers, rural youth, retired/ retiring defence personnel, state agricultural functionaries and foreign nationals sponsored under bilateral agreements, on the various aspects of farm machinery. ii. Testing of farm machinery/equipment with a view to ascertaining their performance characteristics and suggesting improvement thereof. |

| Eligibility | The beneficiaries are progressive farmers, officer from State Governments/ organisations, retd./retiring servicemen, technicians, rural youth and agricultural machinery industry. |
