NOTIFICATION

S.O. 574(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 3 of the Destructive Insects and Pests Act, 1914 (2 of 1914),
the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend
the Plants, Fruits and Seeds (Regulation of Import into India) Order,
1989, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Plants, Fruits and Seeds
(Regulation of Import into India) Second AmendmentOrder, 2000.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in
theOfficial Gazette.2. In the Plants, Fruits and Seeds
(Regulation of Import into India) Order, 1989, in Schedule III, under
the heading A. INSPECTION FEES, for serial numbers 3 and 4 and the
entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries
shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
