Gaur Gum is one of the most popular type of gum used in day today life and in industries. It is a white flour-like substance made from an East Indian seed. This gum is extracted from the seed known as Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba from the Guar plant. A small amounts of Guar Gum is used as a thickener, binder, and volume enhancer.
